Common questions

I didn't get my verification code.
Check your spam folder first. Codes expire after a short time — use "Resend code" on the verification screen to get a fresh one.

How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions.

How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel.

My streak didn't count today.
Streaks update when an activity is fully completed. If you finished an activity and it still didn't count, email us with your account email and we'll look into it.
